I would use it for the Parking Lot and needed repairs at church - and to pay the salary for a full-time pastor. Also, a part of it would be given to the Copperas Cove Public Library towards an addition or Branch Library.

I've always been partial to "nothing can separate us from the love of God" at the end of Romans 8. However, there are some others I like purely for laughs. One of those being a dialogue between Jonah and God about a bush God made to grow so Jonah had shade to sit under...and then God made a worm to eat the bush and Jonah threw a temper tantrum. And God says, "Is it right for you to be angry about the bush?" and Jonah says, "Yes! angry enough to die!" Ah, nothing like a nice todler style temper tantrum in teh Bible.

We're thrilled to have you both! Officially now! Do you have any sage wisdom for others considering taking the plunge? Did it hurt? Should they pack all-weather gear? Do they have to write a paper on the the doctrine of justification by grace alone?

Great to have you!

My favorite is Ecclesiastes, chapter 3. Its message, "there's a right time for everything," brings me comfort, peace, and reassurance in good times and in bad times. It restores and reinforces my sense that there's balance and harmony in God's world, whether we can 'see' that balance or not.

You've been "one of us" all along -- you just weren't officially members. Scripture tells us in Ecclesiastes, chapter 3: "There is a time for everything and a season for every activity under heaven." You made your decision to become members at the "right time."

Hello, I think I would get the parking lot repaired then donate the rest to the church for needed repairs and upgrades with the money.

As far as the vacation I would take the wife and grand kids to the holy land then to korea for a dream trip.

I have been a member of this church for fifteen years. It is a great place to worship and the people are very friendly and supportive of each other. I am excited about our new pastor, Reverend Elizabeth Pang. May the Peace of Christs be with you.
